I felt I had a relatively healthy lifestyle however, always struggled with the extra belly fat which never seemed to go and also felt perhaps I could be putting more muscle on simply by eating with more of a plan. I got speaking to Cara at a time when I’d been debating it for a while and it worked out perfectly. Cara is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and also very good! The meal plans were varied, easy to make and, most importantly, very tasty. She worked around my Pescatarian dietary requirements and made changes if there were certain things I either didn’t like or struggled to put together. She was also on hand for any questions throughout the week and we had a weekly check in to keep me accountable. I found working with Cara over 6 months a very transformative experience and an amazing step in understanding what my body needs. I'm a vegetarian and one thing I worked out very quickly is my gut health wasn't in a great place. Nor was the essential amount of vitamins my body needed being met. 

Figuring out the boosts I needed was a great step alongside tasty and regular meals that complimented my intensive training routine. Getting the calories right was also really important for me and Cara and I definitely figured that out quite early on. I was nervous about how much I was eating but, realised by choosing to eat clean, this complimented my weight loss ambition.  In the time I was with Cara I lost 4kg. Cara is very good at giving you a personal experience, where she gives you regular check in points in the week, and can personalise when and how you manage your plans.
