Why 30 days?
My 30 days to healthy living program is designed to help you identify any foods that you are eating that might not be serving your body well, while also helping you tune into the messages that your body is sending so that you can eat and drink more intuitively.

It is important to be aware that some foods and beverages must be limited or avoided while on this plan, making sure your system is given a complete reset. The nutrition products that are suggested with the plan help provide nutrients that are essential for optimal health and energy. At the end of your 30-day reset, you can begin to reintroduce more foods to help support the benefits you have achieved, while being fully aware of how your body reacts as each food is reintroduced.
What you can expect from this program.
  • An initial discovery call, where we will talk about your needs, wants and concerns so we can make sure the plan is bespoke for
  • you. (Please allow up to 75mins for this call.)
  • 30 minutes follow-up call once a week for four weeks. (This will be a fixed day each week.)
  • Certain foods will be avoided on the plan as these are the foods that generally are not beneficial for overall wellbeing.
  • Customised meal plans and recipes, that will allow you to eat healthy well-balanced meals as well as healthy snack ideas, helping you maintain energy.
  • Drinking enough water is also always very important.
  • We will look at your general daily activity and movement.
  • Be mindful, as part of this plan you will be added to a fully supportive Facebook group which you can utilize as you choose, be it for interaction or just informational purposes. Your choice.
  • We will also look at your sleep pattern.
  • Together we will track your goals with weekly accountability check in's via WhatsApp.
  • You will also receive a full package of 30 days of healthy living vegan, botanical, ethical, sustainable nutritional supplements, to support your nutritional reset.
