My health and wellness journey started back in 2014 after spending most of my time before that either physically ill or mentally battling with depression. After years and years of taking prescribed pills and potions and not getting anywhere, I decided to take matters into my own hands by researching health
and wellness articles related to food. By late 2014 I had made the conscious decision to start my pescatarian journey, only eating fish as my main source of protein. But after just 6 months I decided with what I had learned, to take my journey to the next level and become vegetarian eliminating all meat produce altogether.

For the first time in my life, I wasn't getting every cold and sick bug under the sun and my mood was a lot lighter than it had been in years. By the end of 2015 after fully immersing myself in education, it was time to take my final step in my journey by embracing a fully vegan, plant-based diet. I can honestly say for me, this has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and mental wellbeing.

Moving forward my passion is to integrate nutritional therapy into the NHS, helping alleviate mental illnesses and educate individuals, giving them a better understanding of just how connected food is to mood.
Since 2016 my mission as a dietitian has been to help and empower my clients to overcome their most challenging obstacles and start living happier and healthier lifestyles. My experience means that I'm fully equipped to guide, support and assist you in building the life you clearly deserve.

As a certified nutritionist, my aim is to help you create a life balance that prioritises your mental well-being as well as your physical, and celebrates all aspects of your true self. It’s time to start nurturing your body and soul again—from the inside out. It's time to embrace your health!
